Apex SV cabin

We are looking at a transatlantic cruise on Apex. We want a traditional balcony but retreat is out of our price range. The only SV left is 12262. It is a connecting room under the OVB. I’d love some feedback on noise and if the room connects inside or outside. TIA!

It "connects" by a little foyer area exclusive to it and 12260.  It's under the outside seating area of the OVC.  We did 2 weeks in 12265 and had no issues with noise from above.
