Chef's Table wine pairings?

How much does the wine pairing cost with the Chef's table?  What wines do they pair?  Are they the higher level wines?  Worth it?

We were on the Summit last September for the chefs table.  When we arrived we were asked if we wanted a common garden variety wines, or the wine pairings (60 dollar per person not including gratuity).  We took the wine pairings due to previous chefs table.  We were not disappointed.  We thought about just getting one wine pairing and one “regular”.  Wines tastings are very subjective.  But in this case it was a pairing.  Enjoy your chefs table no matter what you choose.  Addendum we can’t remember if the common wine was included or it too had a charge.  We have the receipt for the wine 120.00 and 24.00.
