Hi,
Travelling on a Caribbean Cruise from next week flying from UK to Barbados.
One of the visits is to the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
Not stopping overnight, just going ashore for a few hours and then back on the ship.
For the purposes of ESTA is that Yes or No to the Transit question.
Can anyone please advise?
