Newbie cruiser question on GSC tendering

Hello! First time cruisers here getting ready to embark on the Escape soon! The ship is scheduled at GSC at 10am and we have a zipline excursion booked for 1:20pm. Will this excursion give us priority tender boarding or do we need to hunt down a kiosk on embarkation day to try to get an early tender ticket?

Excursion includes tendering ticket. Tendered last week and the early boats were very quiet anyway and nobody checked.

Another question regarding tendering at GSC....how was priority tendering work for platinum status?  I believe it is listed as a perk.
