For those interested in a transportation option between Tortola and White Bay, JVD, other than the cruise line excursion or West End ferry - This outfit did provide a water taxi option between Cane Garden Bay and White Bay, JVD. The last price I had (pre-pandemic) was $120/pp and a 4-person mimimum…or $480 minimum. The price is probably higher today.
