Price Drop procedure question

We booked our Mariner 4/30 cruise through a travel agent (Costco). We only booked about 3 weeks ago. To see if the price dropped and we can get a refund/voucher, do I call RCCL or Costco (or someone else--or nobody)?? Thanks for all help.

 

 

Just contact your TA (Cosco) ... Tell them that the price dropped and she will contact RCCL and have your price reduced. Have your TA resend your receipt reflecting your reduction. That way you will have it in writing what you new balance due is.
