MSc euribia couple spa pass

Hi. I am confused about the week couple spa pass. 169£ but when about to book, it looks like I have to add 2 guests, but that doubles the price. 

The single spa pass for a week, is 112£...so, that doesn't makes sense. I have booked the couple pass but added only 1 person hoping that it counts for the 2 of us as otherwise it'll be cheaper to buy 2 single passes.

Also, if I really have to book 2 on the couple pass, which I would not want to. Can I cancel the initial pass booking and if so, does it have to happen before starting the cruise or can I cancel on board (as I could maybe clarify on board directly with the spa). 

Any advi6is very much appreciate ld.. My cruise starts beginning of March.

You just need to book the couples pass for 1 person. This will cover both in the Cabin.
