Speciality restaurants - lunch time

On MSC Euriba YC for a week, Diamond loyalty so get 1 free speciality restaurant meal. Is "Le Grill" higher standard than YC Restaurant and so worth skipping the YC restaurant for dinner? Are the Speciality Restaurants on Euriba open lunchtimes?

Generally with MSC, the speciality venues open for lunch on sea-days, but not when in port.

 

There are exceptions of course...
