Cabin 12017 on Marina

I am thinking about booking this cabin, but I have concerns (first time on Oceania).  This Oceania suite is under the fitness center and it is next door to the Artist Loft.  Will I hear pounding from the fitness center (treadmills, weights dropping, etc.)?  Will the Artist Loft be noisy?  Thanks in advance...
