Celebrity App not recognizing cruise

Would anyone know what is going on here?  The app has always been reliable but this error message shows for our Mar 2025 cruise but the one in Sep 2025 shows in app fine.

 

We did have a rebooking for the March cruise.  A “Linked” cruise in 2026 also shows in app without error.

 

Calling Celebrity customer service didn’t  resolve anything.

I was getting that same message for months for my January 2025 cruise on the Ascent even though my husband on the same cruise could access the booking on his app.  I tried logging out and logging back in and re-installing the app.  But nothing worked.  I kept meaning to contact Celebrity about it but hadn't yet.  Your post reminded me to check again, so I logged in and out of the app and magically it seems to be working today.  So maybe with time yours will correct itself.
