What Time do the NCL Transfers from the Barcelona Airport to the Port Start?

I am arriving the day before the cruise, so I will be heading back to the airport for the NCL transfer. I’m staying near the airport with a hotel with free shuttle service.

 

Does anyone know what time the transfers start? I called NCL, and was told at 9 am, 10 am and 11 am on 3 different calls. Lol
