Dr. Payne said the solo cabins on 2 and 3 have the least movement - the Centre of Gravity being in the Britannia restaurant. 2018 has the least of all. But I would caution about overthinking it. Yes QM2 moves with the sea, but very little. Strictly speaking it's not the centre of gravity, but the balance point in a swell - 2/3rds of the way back. (there is a Youtube video of him describing this).
