Why is drinks package not showing up as option to purchase

We have 2 cruises booked in 2025 - one of them is showing all the drinks packages available and the other one is only showing water packages - no classic or premium package.

Does anyone know why that would be and if there is any way to get them added onto my planner as an option to purchase?

This is both on the app and also when I sign into the website via a pc
