Has anyone had any luck in getting past cruises credited to their account? I've sent them an email but haven't heard a word back from them. Thanks. Worked for me. I just found an old brochure from early 2011 with my old number which I had saved. I didn't realize I had a membership number, but evidently from my previous trips they converted it to 69 points. I can't log in with that number but I did with a new password this morning. Now all I have to do is get them to credit my account correctly. Another question- if I'm on a cruise & reach 80 points during that trip, when will the new membership level take affect? We've been travelling so long with Princess I've lost touch with the way other cruise lines operate. 😄 I think it due time to experience something new again. At least comparing Princess CC Platinum to Celebrity's CC Elite and Elite Plus and to RC CAS Diamond and Diamond Plus.
