Vegan option on Seashore YC Dining Room??

Just curious what vegan options are available in YC Dining Room on Seashore?  Will waitstaff have suggestions beyond the menu?

There are suggestions on menu for Vegan and servers can offer other suggestions. Menu has a nice variety of all kinds of dishes.  You might also speak with the chef about your diet.
