Kusadasi in July - 40th birthday -how to celebrate?

Hi!

I am going to celebrate my birthday in Kusadasi in July. I am turning 40 and would like to do something fun that day in Kusadasi. We stopped there last summer and went to a winery for a tasting. Ephesus is too hot so we want to skip that. We have been shopping there before so only walking around is not an option. We enjoy good food and drinks and don’t mind paying extra/premium for a nice experience. 
 

I appreciate any suggestions. I have been considering to stay onboard but it would be nice to find something cool to do.
