UK Blue light discount IT issue

Just a heads up.

We have booked several cruises using blue light discount which as many will know has now stopped.

However if you update your details or change cruise planner items please check afterwards that the blue light discount has not been removed from your booking. 

This has happened to us twice recently, when only updating personal details, whereby we have had a message on the app saying that your balance has changed.

On checking, the balance had increased by the blue light discount being removed. 

A few lengthy calls to RC got it resolved by them altering the original price and not including the b.l. discount to prevent future IT issues.

They have no idea why it happened but apparently we are not the only ones.

It has supposedly been passed to someone in IT to resolve 🤞
