Traveling companions

My husband and I are booked for a cruise / land tour in August 2025

Doing land first from Anchorage 

My brother and his wife just booked to travel with us

What is the best way to go about notifying Holland that the 4 of us are traveling together and would like to have the same journey host and do the included tours ( wilderness and riverboat) together?

If you used a travel agent I would call them.  If not call HAL.

Call HAL with the confirmation numbers for both reservations.  They can link your reservations together.  We did this and were in the same groups for excursions even when there were multiple different groups heading out on the same excursion.
