Breakfast options on Mardi Gras

I was really disappointed to read in several reviews that the lido buffet went downhill and they only offer a limited breakfast spread, used to love lido breakfasts. Can you please tell me what venues are open for breakfast other than lido and MDR? I know Guys is and I read it has same menu as lido, and I know you can get a breakfast burrito at Blue Iguana, anywhere else? If open what does Emerils and Big Chicken have for breakfast?

As I recall, once we had the honey chicken biscuit from Big Chicken on the 2nd morning, that was our go to for a quick simple breakfast meal.

Big Chicken has breakfast options and it's delicious! Chicken & biscuit for the most part, though I belive you could also order an omelet for breakfast there. Not sure about Emeril's as I didn't eat there but I believe they may only do lunch and dinner. Could be wrong though!

Emerils does breakfast but I dont remember the menu.
