On board credit

Hello, I exchanged the points on my Carnival credit card for on board credit and yet when I check my booking, it does not appear. Will it only show up once I am on board ? I called the credit card and they insist it has been given to me for that specific cruise. Help.

In the past for us, it doesnt show up until you are onboard.  You should get a "notice" in your stateroom showing how much..

You should  have received an email ( or go log into the mastercard account) and print up the confirmation of the point purchase of the OBC).  I would print that up and bring with me, just in case.
