Paradise Beach & Shopping?

We're planning on going to Paradise Beach and then shopping. My son wants to go to downtown Cozumel to pick up some souveniers (sp?). Is that where you arrive after tendering in or do you need to take a cab to downtown Cozumel?

Your help is appreciated.

You will need to take a short cab ride there or just take a cab there from Paradise and then a short cab back to your ship.

We went to Playa Mia Thursday until 12:30pm and then took a taxi to downtown, talk about feeling rushed! Traffic going back to the dock, ohh goodness, talk about traffic, took us 30 minutes from Los Cinco Soles to the dock. I only got to go to one store, I was scared seeing all the traffic leaving downtown as we were coming in. I think we had about 1 hr left to shop there at the docks when we finally arrived there. I wanted to do so much more shopping there downtown, but there was no way we would have the time..:(
