Just don't confuse the white water rafting in the mountains near Mo' Bay with Rafter the Martha Brae near Ocho. The Martha Brae is a tame river you are poled down. I know it seems silly to mention it, but people have made that mistake.

I just heard from Belinda at A-Z jamaica planners a few days ago about this very thing, it appear that it is only available from May till Dec but that's fine with us as we are going in July so it will be perfect. A-Z now offer it as a tour but i don't think it is on there website so you might need to email them for details. If anyone done this last year I would love to hear back, it will be my first time doing this so a little scared but Belinda assures me it will be a blast.
