Yes, when the ship docks, come thru the small building and walk to the end of the street. Cross the main street, you will see an open air area on one side is Little Switzerland.. (Great shopping) and there will be a kiosk there you can buy all your Aruba Aloe.

I was just in Aruba off the Golden. The shops are walking distance from the ship. There is an Aloe shop in the little indoor mall attached to the Renasaince Hotel, but you can also get it in many other shops for about the same price.
