Galaxy - FO staterooms

X have just released availability for Europe new summer on the Galaxy, through to September 2007, but why is it impossible to book a family ocean view cabin on any sailing throughout the entire itinerary. I know there are only a limited number of these cabins (14), but do they really exist or do they all get prebooked by one of the mega TAs?
