What is the latest info on Nachi Cocom Beach Club? I absolutely loved that place-great beach, food, pool. It will be a shame if it does not get repaired and reopened by some investors!

Nachi Cocom is owned by the same folks that own the Casa del Mar Hotel and it is generally accepted here that they will re-open it. I don't think it is on the market for some outside investors, but maybe.
