heli tours - Mendenhall or 4 glacier adv PRINCESS

I am travelling on Princess Saphire in July and have never been to AK.

Which heli tour would be best for my family? Mendenhall Glacier Heli tour or 4 Glacier adventure by helicopter. Is there much difference?

 

also looking for info on the MISTY FJORDS seaplane in Ketichkan. If we do the glaciers in Juneau is that too much of the same for flightseeing?
