"Outdoor Experiance" Vs "Canopy Adventure" on the NCL Star, which is better?

My DW and I are going to Mexico on the NCL Star in September and I was hoping that we could get some info on these two excursions. We were planning on doing the Los Veranos canopy tour, but in another posting someone mentioned the "Outdoor Experiance". I have read the description on the NCL site but I was hoping that someone that has done this tour can give me some info on it.
