Picasa is software that helps you instantly find, edit and share all the pictures on your PC. Every time you open Picasa, it automatically locates all your pictures (even ones you forgot you had) and sorts them into visual albums organised by date with folder names you will recognise. You can drag and drop to arrange your albums and make labels to create new groups. Picasa makes sure your pictures are always organised.

I downloaded it and spent 6 hours organizing my photos...all 37,000 of them! (Ok, I already had a nice folder structure to start with....but still!)

 

It's a terrific program with tools for quick fixes and the ability to directly open files into the editor of your choice.

 

Highly recommended!

I have been using Picasa2 for about a year and I love it! I selected it because, basically, I am a techno-idiot and just couldn't wend my way through the others.

 

I love the editing and fixing capabilitys and it makes a great, well organized CD.
