We're traveling aboard the Celebrity Mercury on an 11 day Mexican Riviera cruise in January. In a cursory look at the shore excursions offered by the ship appears that the ports are, for the most part, shop and beach ports.

 

Can anyone recommend interesting shore excursions?

 

Our ports are Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan, Puerto Vallarta, Acapulco, Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo and Manzanillo.
