Formal Nights??

We are going on the Glory in July and I am trying to plan our days. Which nights are the formal nights? Are these the only nights that photos are taken by the ship photographers?

Thanks, Alice

I havenot sailed the Glory, but I can say that on most of our cruises the Formal night has been Sea days. You can find the Photographers on most nights. The non- formal nights they have fewer stations set up and the backgrounds are more casual than on formal nights.

Hope that helps

We sailed the Glory last Month. Did the eastern. Formal nights were Sunday and Thursday. Yes they take pictures every night all over the ship. Have a bunch taken it's fun. You don't have to buy any of them even more fun.

I haven't sailed on Glory either, but on the Conquest formal nights were Monday and Thursday. Monday was a sea day, Thursday was Grand Cayman.

Photos will be taken when you enter the ship, at the sail away, around the ship, when you leave the ship to visit a port, when you renenter the ship, at dinner, at the captain's party, etc., etc. In other words....just about everywhere except in the privacy of your statemroom. :D

Just a gentle reminder.....those pics can really add up!!! I think we spent over $100 ....A DAY....last year  ! We are suckers for memories. But this year we are promising to hold the line ...we are avoiding the photo gallery and taking our own shots. (Well...at least it is a good goal!) :)
