QM2 restaurant menus on interactive TV

During my recent crossing, there were 2 days the Britannia Restaurant didn't post it's menu on the TV system. One day they were still not posted out there at 5pm. This makes it difficult to decide whether to book one of the alternate restaurants. Did anyone else run into this?

This happened while we were on board. It was "Lobster Night" which we were watching for and didn't want to miss.
