Smoking policies on PoAh ?? Also Balcony partitions ?

Hello, Hoping someone can help me with a couple of questions about the PoAh. We are heading on a big family trip in August and have a bank of rooms on deck 10. I was wondering what the smoking policies are on the ship such as are All rooms non smoking ? What areas do they allow smoking ? Would smoking on balconies be permitted ? I'm actually a nonsmoker but we're traveling with a smoker and also my husband has asthma and smoke is a trigger for him, so Id like to plan ahead if possible.

 

The other thing Im wondering about is if the PoAh will remove balcony partitions or not. I understand that some ships are no longer doing this for folks.
