Time-killers in Port Canaveral or Orlando?

Our plane doesn't leave until close to 7pm from MCO the day we get back from our cruise, so we're looking for some ways to kill time either in Port Canaveral or Orlando. Orlando would be best since we could check our luggage and then leave, but if this option is available in Port Canaveral we'd be up for that as well.

"we could check our luggage and then leave, " if you mean check with airlines...sorry no more. I believe the rule is no more than 3 hours in advance. So you may as well rent a car and keep your stuff in the trunk.

"what to do in Orlando" - you're kidding, right? :rolleyes: From Disney to Sea world to the tourist traps on the International Drive strip to malls to hoochie goochy girls on Orange Blossom Trail :eek: ... you don't have to search very hard in Orlando.

Cocoa? The beach, the pier, Kennedy Space Ctr (some have recommended Air Boat rides but there was a fatal accident involving a child there last weekend....I'll not recommend that one) the village http://cocoabeach.com/
