Room service options for dinner

It's been over a week since we returned from our Alaskan cruise on the Sun. I was wondering could we have ordered room service for dinner from the main restaurants (Four Seasons or Seven Seas)? During our cruise through the Tracy Arms we didn't get to eat until 9:00 and the wife was kind of pissed because I was stuck on the balcony viewing the sights. Also can alcoholic beverages be ordered through room service?

Unlike some of the other cruise lines, unless you are in a butlered room you are limited to the room service menu at all times which is very limited. So while you could have ordered room service it would not have been from the dining room menu.
