Best side of ship-Freedom-Europe

Recommended Posts

We are booking the May 1st 2007 sailing from Rome on the Carnival Freedom- Itinerary-Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy; Naples, Italy; Venice, Italy; Venice, Italy; Dubrovnik, Croatia; Messina, Sicily, Italy; Barcelona, Spain; Cannes, France; Livorno, Italy; Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy. I have heard about the scenery as you come into Venice and the views as you cruise. So now I would like to know which side of the ship should I book my Balcony cabin on? Any other hints would be great. THis is our first European Cruise.

We were on the right side (starboard) #8257 verandah deck last month on our Liberty med cruise. It was perfect when we enter Venice, we had the most spectacular view! Beautiful, beautiful Venice from our balcony. It was the highlight moment of our cruise. I took tons of pictures right from our balcony, and they came out great! Have a great cruise!
