Tulum or Chichen Itza?

Recommended Posts

What's the difference betweent these two? There is no time limit for our stay in Playa Del Carmen since we fly there. I will appreciate your input. Thanks.

Chichen Itza is a vast complex that includes sports arenas, observatory and the classic pyramids/temples. It can easily take several days to fully explore all of Chichen Itza.

If time wasn't a problem, I would opt for Chichen Itza and take an all-day guided tour.

Enjoy!

If there is no time limit, why not do both? I just got back from a cruise and we went to Tulum. I enjoyed it, but you only need a few hours there. My favorite thing was the fact that it is right next to the beach, with beautiful turqoise waters. Makes for great pictures.
