Enough time to get to Laguardia?

You are cutting it very close. Assuming the ship is on time and there are cabs waiting when you get there and there is no traffic, you can be at LGA by 11:00 am., a delay in any of these can make it really tight.

With the Dawn returning to NYC at 1000 AM and utilizing Express Debarkation, is it feasible to book a 1200 noon departure from Laguardia?

Even if you got off the ship at 10AM prompt, you still have to collect your bags. I don't know the Dawn's itinerary, but if you need to go through customs, that will take time.

You need to check in 90 minutes before departure, but if you have e-Tickets that can be done on-line up to 24 hrs in advance.

If you got in a cab by 10:30, you could conceiveably be at the airport by 11:15, but they usually want you at the gate half an hour before flight time. If security lines are long at LaGuardia (which they probably will be), you'll be taking your shoes off and walking through the metal detector as your watch your plane being pushed back from the gate.

The only saving grace is that a lot of flights in and out of LaGuardia are delayed, but I bet you'd have a much calmer, stress-less vacation if you just took a later flight.

Sure it is feasible..as long as every single next move fell into place, starting with arriving on time and then a taxi waiting just for you to jump into.....feasible yes..prudent, probably not. I'd allow more time..better to wait a little longer at the airport, than to miss a flight completely and risk, sleeping on the airport floor hoping to get on another last minute flight
