QM 2 and room service

I might have asked this before but when the Dining room is open will room service deliver what ever is on the dinning room menu? or is restricted to the room service menu in a Balcony room(Britannia class I believe) not a suite

I don't think you can order from the restaurant menu. If you can it was certainly not mentioned. I think it is only the room service menu that is available.

I can't answer about the QM2. On the QE2 however ordering from the restaurant menu in your cabin is limited to the penthouses only.
