Venice - secret tour Doge Palace

I just noticed that the last tour in October starts at 11: 35 a.m. We are supposed to dock in Venice at 11:00. Do we have enough time to make it for the tour? What's the best way to do it? How do I find the motor launch? Thanks!

I really doubt that you can make it. It takes a few minutes to clear the ship, walk down the dock to the shuttle, and you would have to be on the very first one. Then you get to St. Mark's Square and have to find the ticket office at the Doge's Palace to exchange your voucher, and they ask you to be 15 minutes early.
