RCI Air travel?

Recommended Posts

When doing a transatlantic or Panama Canal cruise, is it more cost effective to book your travel with RCI? As in, do you get a better rate from them than booking single leg international fares?

I'm looking at a transatlantic in 2005 that would depart Harwich England and end in Boston, MA. My home airport is BWI, so we'd be going BWI to England, Boston to BWI. Most single leg flights are as expensive if not more than roundtrips on discount carriers, am I correct?

All opinions and information is appreciated.

For international flights like yours, especially with two single legs, it might be cheaper to do it through RCI. You may be on different airlines, though, and the flight times might not be the best for you. You won't find out your flight itinerary until 30 days before your cruise.
