Change Itinerary - Change Crews ?

Was wondering if the same crew and entertainment will be on the Crown after it repositions to San Juan in late October. Anyone know if the staff's contracts come up when they change over? Or do they overlap from one itinerary to the next?

It depends on the cruise line. Some change over when a cruise ship changes it itinerary and some do it strictly on the basis of contracts and try to spread the contracts out so that the whole crew doesn't turn over at any one time. I'm not sure how Princess handles it.
