Cigarettes in San Juan

Does anyone know what a carton of cigarettes sells for in San Juan? And can I mail them home from there?

I'm doing B2Bs out of San Juan in November, and whenever I cruise I like to offset part of the cost by getting cheap cigarettes:) I'll be hitting St. Thomas twice and be in and out of San Juan twice. I was told I can get them in St. Thomas for 16 or 18 a carton, but you can't mail them from there. So I thought I would declare them when I do the turnaround in San Juan and mail them from there. Or, if they are as cheap or near as cheap just buy them in San Juan, if I can ship them home. You're allowed six cartons each, so if I can double that and make it 12ea per person, I can get 24 cartons home and that would add up to about $600.00 savings over what I pay here at home. Would be better yet if I could get them home from St. Martin, I only paid $8.00 a carton there last year, and I'm paying $42.00 a carton here.
