Starboard or Portside on Triumph

Does anybody know which side would give a better view of ports when coming in? I am taking a Western which will visit Ocho Rios, Cozumel, and Grand Cayman. I would like the best view. Also if anyone knows..Does portside face port while in Miami? That may be a silly question but I thought I've seen different.

Thanks for the help.

Port side is the left side of the ship/ Both words have 4 letters.

When sailing on the Victory we backed into some ports which will be port side facing the port. But in San Juan we pulled in and starboard was facing the port. Really depends on how crowded the port is and where you are docking.
