Barcelona-help Hotel Apsis Splendid

Our flight form DFW to Neward was delayed so we missed the only connecting flight to Barcelona. Thus, we could not be at the hotel. The hotel says too bad we cannot give your money back. Be sure you have plenty of time between connections. We had 1 hour and 50 minutes and missed the plane by 10 minutes.

 

My time is limited on the internet but thought if anyone has some time to kill, they can send an email to the hotel telling them they are not being fair. Tour opperators do not charge us if we cannot come due to weather.

 

Thanks for any help out there.
