We are spending the night before in the French Quarter.

 

Just wondering.....How far is the port from the French Quarter?

About a mile to the cruise ship terminal at Julia Street...........a 15 minute stroll

Just noticed that they have built a new terminal at Erato Street.

Looks as though it will add a third of a mile to the journey.

Will check it out when we embark from Nola in December.
