We have been there several times. You will have no problem with a scooter. This port was designed for cruise ships specifically and you will have all hard surfaces and large areas to manuver in. The restaurant is open air and roll in easily.

Thanks so very much..now I have to hope they have ramp from ship to dock and not just ssteps like they do at some ports..
