Self-debarkation/hotel shuttle

I was wondering about experiences using self-debarkation and shuttle service when car is parked at hotel. We are staying at the Residence Inn in Cape Canaveral. They use Art's for the shuttle service. I wouldn't think there would be any problems getting picked up early. Just curious.
