Young kids on RCCL Voyager of the Seas, Medit. cruise?

We are considering a cruise on Voyager of the seas on a 7 nt. mediterranean cruise with our 3 year old son. What is the kids program like? Are there many children on board this ship? We would probably go in Sept. What is the kids program like? If we choose, can we go to port while our DS is on board and would you trust the staff to do so?

Any additional info would be great!

We can't choose between this ship and NCL Jewel which will be in the area in Aug.

If you go in September there will not be as many kids as during the summer, but like you there will probably be families with little ones. Every ship we have been on there have been a decent number of kids, especially pre school age so your son would have a blast.

 

I have never used the Adventure ocean so I can't answer those questions from personal experience and I wouldn't want to give you bad info from things I have read on the boards. Good luck on whichever you decide to do.

I would not be comfortable leaving my child in the care of somone on the ship while I was in a port.
