Taste of Oslo shore excursion - anyone done this

HAL offers a shore excursion in Oslo, Norway called the Taste of Oslo that is a 3 hour sailing on a restored sailing ship. Has anyone done this tour or have any information about it? I wonder if we would just see the same sights of the Oslofjord as when arriving in Oslo or if just taking the ferry would be as interesting.
