If you will be visiting San Diego and have a day or two to visit some of our great sites. I would like to suggest the Old Town Trolley Tours. I recently took this tour as a local and enjoyed it so much I just had to let everyone know about it. You visit lots of our major attractions including Coronado, the Zoo, Balboa Park and much more. No I don't work for them but just thought that everyone here might enjoy knowing about this attraction. Also this month if you have a friend who is local and they go with you its free for them. Just an extra bonus.

Thanks for the info - we are considering going to San Diego a day or two ahead and the trolley sounds great. Can we pay as we board at the cruise ship terminal? or do we have to arrange to have a ticket ahead of time?

They have a ticket booth right at the dock. But if you pay online and print out your tickets its 3 dollars less.
